Important information on prices

• The quoted prices are per 2 persons a day including breakfast buffet
• In addition to the room price, a local tax of 2,40€ per day and guest over 14 years of age will be charged.

Discounts for children 

• Children up to 2 years of age in additional bed: 12,00 €
• Children from 2 to 12 years of age in addional bed: 45,00 €

Good to know 

• Check in 3pm-7pm, check out until 10.30am

Our reception is occupied from 3pm-7pm. We will be happy to carry out the check in together in person with you. If you arrive outside our opening hours, the keys will be handed over either via our key safes or our service staff (restaurant on ground floor of our main building / Schlachthausgasse 4). In this case, a pre check-in and payment in advance is necessary.

• Pets on request 14€ per day
• Accepted means of payment: cash payment, ATM card, Visa®, MasterCard® or debit via credit card (transmit of credit card details).
• Parking 1: public car park Stufels (100m) – Parking fee 24hrs
• Parking 2: along Isarco River - Parking fee: Working days 8am-6pm / saturday 8am-1pm

Alter Schlachthof is located in the middle of an emerging neighbourhood where new structures are currently being built.
For this reason, we would like to point out that there may be noise disturbances on weekdays due to construction work during the current year. 

Our cancellation policy

There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the consumer protection code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation up to 7 days before the booked arrival date: only the deposit will be retained.
• Cancellation from 6 days before the booked date of arrival: In addition to the deposit, 20% of the agreed total amount will be charged.
• In case of early departure or late arrival: 70% of the agreed daily rate per unused day.
• In case of no-show: 70% of the agreed total price.
• The deposit of 30% paid in advance at the time of booking will always be retained.
